|Pink grapefruit||1 Small, peeled and sectioned|
|Sage/1/2 teaspoon dried sage||1 Teaspoon, minced|
|Pine nuts||2 Tablespoon, toasted|
|Poppy seeds||2 Tablespoon|

1. In a large salad bowl, arrange the bottom with watercress.
2. Gently toss together turkey and grapefruit and place over the watercress.
