Smoked Turkey Roll Ups Recipe
Smoked turkey roll ups are prepared with pre-smoked turkey slices and tortillas. These turkey roll ups are made with turkey slices along with herbed cheese spread with tortilla wrapping. Rolled and refrigerated, these can be served with pickled cherry peppers.
Ingredients
2 packages (4 ounces each) herb-flavored soft spreadable cheese
4 flour (8-inch diameter) tortillas
2 packages (6 ounces each) smoked turkey breast slices
2 green onions, sliced lengthwise into quarters
Whole, pickled red cherry peppers (optional)
Directions
Divide one package of cheese equally and spread over tortillas.
Divide turkey slices equally and layer over cheese, overlapping turkey slices slightly to cover tortillas.
Divide remaining package of cheese equally and spread over turkey slices.
At one edge of each tortilla, place 2 quarters of green onion.
Roll up tortillas, jelly-roll style.
Place turkey tortilla roll-ups, seam side down, in resealable plastic bag; refrigerate several hours or overnight.
