Smoked Turkey & Pepper Pasta Salad Recipe

Smoked turkey and pepper pasta salad is a meaty fettucine tossed salad. Prepared with a herbed mustard salad dressing made with added pasta and turkey, it has veggies like zucchini and bell peppers in it. Chilled and plated, it is a great side for brunch and lunch both.

Ingredients

 
3/4 cup Salad Dressing
 
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
 
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
 
8 ounces fettucini, cooked, drained
 
1 cup (8 ounces) diced Smoked Boneless Turkey Breast
 
3/4 cup zucchini slices, cut into halves
 
1/2 cup red bell pepper strips
 
1/2 cup yellow bell pepper strips
 
Salt and black pepper

Directions

Mix salad dressing, mustard and thyme until well blended.
Add pasta, turkey and vegetables; mix lightly.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Chill.
Add additional dressing before serving, if desired.
