Smoked Turkey & Fruit Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Salad package | 1 | |
| Mandarin oranges | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| 4 ounces deli-sliced smoked turkey or chicken, cut into 1/2-inch slices | ||
| 1/2 cup Seedless or Golden Raisins | ||
| 1/2 cup fat free or light ranch salad dressing | ||
| Pineapple slices | 1 Can (10oz), cut in half | |
Directions
Toss together salad, mandarin oranges, turkey and raisins in large bowl. Pour in dressing; toss to evenly coat.
Spoon salad onto large serving platter. Arrange halved pineapple slices around salad.
