Smoked Trout Spread Recipe
Ingredients
| Smoked Trout - 2 cups, boned and flaked | ||
| Hard-cooked eggs - 4, finely chopped | ||
| Sweet pickles - 1/2 cup, chopped | ||
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Prepared mustard | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl mix first 5 ingredients.
2. In a bowl blend mayonnaise and mustard.
3. Add it to the fish mixture and combine.
4. Refrigerate the mixture.
SERVING
5. Serve on crackers or bread.
