 Smoked Trout - 2 cups, boned and flaked
 Hard-cooked eggs - 4, finely chopped
 Sweet pickles - 1/2 cup, chopped
 Onion1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Mayonnaise1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Prepared mustard1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl mix first 5 ingredients.
2. In a bowl blend mayonnaise and mustard.
3. Add it to the fish mixture and combine.
4. Refrigerate the mixture.

SERVING
5. Serve on crackers or bread.
