Smoked Trout Pate With Yogurt Recipe
Ingredients
| Trout | 200 Gram, smoked | |
| Lime | 1 , halved | |
| Natural yogurt | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Horseradish sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Green onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Cottage cheese | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pepper | 1 |
Directions
1. Remove the skin, head, tail and bones from the trout.
2. Cut a slice from one half of the lime and reserve for garnish. Squeeze the juice of the lime and place in a blender or food processor with the trout, yogurt, horseradish sauce, green onion and cottage cheese. Work until smooth. Season with a little pepper.
3. Transfer the pate to 2 ramekins or a serving dish and chill for about 1 hour.
4. Garnish with the reserved lime and serve with warm crusty bread or toast triangles.
