Smoked Sturgeon With Mussels And Apples Recipe
Ingredients
1 apple, quartered, minced
2 cups water
Juice of 1/2 lemon
8 oz smoked sturgeon, minced
1 cup smoked mussels, drained
Fresh ground pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chives, chopped
Directions
In a bowl, place apple slices.
Pour in water.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Soak 1 minute.
Drain.
On a plate, arrange sturgeon slices, alternating with apple slices and smoked mussels.
Season to taste with pepper.
Sprinkle with oil and chives.
