Ingredients

 
1 medium onion, chopped
 
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
 
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
 
1 pound smoked sausage, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
 
1 can (16 ounces) tomatoes, cut up
 
1 cup uncooked noodles

Directions

1. Saute onion and green pepper in butter in a skillet. Add sausage and brown lightly; drain off excess fat.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Put into a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
3. Bake, covered, at 375°F 45 minutes, or until noodles are tender, stirring once.
