Smoked Salmon Scramble Recipe
Ingredients
| 125g packet cream cheese | ||
| Butter | 60 Gram | |
| Cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 10 Small | |
| Smoked salmon slice | 5 , chopped | |
| Capers | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Dill | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
Cream cheese with butter and cream, place in pan over low heat, break eggs into pan, stir constantly with wooden spoon until mixture is smooth.
Add smoked salmon, capers and dill, stir until eggs are just cooked and creamy.
