Ingredients

 
1 quantity Basic Pizza Dough
 
1 tblspn olive oil
 
200g smoked salmon slices
 
Freshly ground black pepper
 
4 tblspn sour cream
 
4 tspn salmon caviar
 
2 tblspn chopped fresh lemon thyme

Directions

Prepare pizza dough as described in recipe.
Divide into four portions and shape each to form a 15cm in round.
Place rounds on lightly greased baking trays, brush with oil and bake for 15 minutes or until crisp and golden.
Reduce oven temperature to Gas4.
Top pizzas with smoked salmon and black pepper to taste and bake for 8 minutes or until salmon is hot.
Just prior to serving, top pizzas with sour cream and caviar (if usig) and sprinkle with thyme.
