Smoked Salmon Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
| Frozen bread dough | 1 Pound, Defrosted | |
| Cornmeal | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Olive oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onions | 6 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |

| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Smoked salmon | 16 Ounce | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Capers | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), drained, rinsed | |
| 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or 2 teaspoons dried | ||
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 500°. Divide pizza dough in half and roll into two 12-inch circles. Sprinkle each of two baking sheets with 1 tablespoon cornmeal. Place dough rounds on cornmeal.
2. In a large frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and cook, stirring occasionally, 10 to 12 minutes, or until softened but not browned. Season with salt and pepper. Let cool to room temperature.
3. Spread onions and olive oil evenly over pizza dough. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until crusty and brown around the edges. Cover each pizza with smoked salmon slices. Top with sour cream and sprinkle with capers and dill.
