2 anchovy fillets

2 tbsp lemon juice
Fresh ground pepper
Lettuce leaves
How to make Smoked Salmon Mousse
In a food processor, mix all ingredients, except lettuce, to a smooth mousse.Refrigerate 12 hours.
Spoon mousse into a pastry bag with a flutted nozzle.
Pipe onto lettuce leaves.
