Smoked Salmon Flan Recipe
Ingredients
| Smoked salmon | 100 Gram | |
| Cream | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 Small, slightly beaten | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Tabasco sauce | 4 Drop | |
| Pastry- for lining 9-inch pie plate | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Ready the flan ring and preheat the oven.
MAKING
2.Place the pastry on the flan ring.
3.Pierce it well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4.Combine cream, egg, salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce.
5.Spread salmon on the pastry and top it with alayer of cream mixture.
6.Bake for 15- 20 minutes.
7.Avoid overbaking.
8.Once done, let the flan cool on a wire rack.
9.Push from the bottom to remove the ring.
SERVING
10.Serve flan with lettuce salad.
