Smoked Salmon Croissants Recipe
Ingredients
| Croissants | 4 | |
| Philadelphia- 200 g (7 oz) | ||
| Smoked salmon | 250 Gram | |
| Fresh lime or lemon juice | ||
| black pepper | 1 | |
| Lime or lemon wedges and fresh dill | ||
| Sprigs to garnish | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. Warm croissants as per packet instructions or warm at 200°C, 400°F for 4-5 minutes.
2. Cut the croissants into halves while hot.
3. Spread Philadephia on the bottom part of every croissant.
4. Mix smoked salmon.
5. Sprinkle lemon juice or lime along with pepper for taste.
6. Place the croissant tops.
SERVING
7. Serve Smoked Salmon Croissants garnished with sprigs of dill, lemon wedges and lime.
