Smoked Salmon Canapes Recipe
Ingredients
8 oz. smoked salmon
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp milk
Dash thyme, sage, salt, pepper
Directions
Place smoked salmon in blender.
Blend until fine.
Combine cream cheese, lemon juice, and milk.
Stir to make a paste.
Add seasonings.
Mix well.
Add salmon; blend thoroughly.
Roll into 22 balls.
Chill.
