Ingredients
Smoked salmon 200 gms
Grapefruit half
Orange half
Lemon half
Fennel half
Extra virgin olive oil as required
Mild mustard 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Slices of grapefruit, orange and lemon to garnish.
Directions
In a bowl, squeeze the juice of the grapefruit, orange and lemon.
To the juices add the salt, pepper and mustard and mix well.
Your grapefruit sauce is done.
Cut the white part of the fennel into thin slices and arrange them on a serving dish.
Dice the green part of the fennel and put it aside.
