| 60g packaged cream cheese | ||
| Dill | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
Peel cucumbers, remove seeds with apple corer or knife.
Cut into slices about 5mm thick; you need about 20 slices.
Process smoked salmon with cream cheese and dill.
Using a fluted pipe and bag, pipe salmon mixture around top of each slice of cucumber.
