Smoked Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 1 Quart (Brine:) | |
| Canning salt | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Brine:) | |
| Brown sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Brine:) | |
| 1/2 tsp. liquid garlic | ||
| 1/2 tsp. liquid onion | ||
Directions
Mix brine thoroughly in a non-metal container.
Soak fish for at least 12 hr., turning several times.
Then dry fish in smoker 6-8 hr. using favorite wood such as alder or cherry chips.
