Ingredients

 Pork shoulder piece2 , smoked
 Water2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Red potatoes4 Large, halved
 Onions3 Small, quartered
 Sauerkraut -1, 27-ounce can, drained
 Black pepper1 Dash

Directions

MAKING
1) Put the pork shoulder in a Dutch oven and add water. Cover it and cook for 90 minutes.
2) Then add potatoes and onion. Cover again and cook for 30 minutes until meat and vegetables are tender.
3) Now add sauerkraut and pepper mix and heat thoroughly.

SERVING
4) Carve pork shoulder and serve with vegetables.
