Smoked Pork Rib Sandwich Recipe Video

Directions
MAKING
1) In a marinating bowl, marinate the pork ribs in orange juice, apple juice, salt, pepper, minced garlic and kept in the refrigerator overnight
2) Take them out and bring them to room temperature
3) Using a kitchen towel, dab out the excess marinade
4) Once the pork is rubbed out, sprinkle in the dry rub all over the pork ribs
5) Place the racks over the hot grill
6) Cover the grill and allow the racks to cook for about 4 hours
7) Once every one hour, spray the racks with apple juice to keep the racks moist
8) Once the racks are done at three hours, take them off and wrap them in aluminum foil with a layer of the choice of barbecue sauce poured over
9) Place the racks back onto the grill and continue to smoke for another hour
10) Once cooked take the racks off the grill
11) Using a knife, slice the racks and debone them
12) Take off all the meat and separate all the cartilage
13) Assemble the meat into burger buns

14) Serve the sandwiches with some slaw, sliced onions and French fries
