Directions
1. In 1-quart saucepan over medium heat, in hot butter or margarine, cook onion until tender, stirring occasionally.
2. In 13" by 9" baking pan, lightly toss onion, cabbage, flour, sugar, and caraway seeds; pour vinegar over mixture; top with chops. Cover baking pan tightly with foil. Bake in 325°F. oven 1 3/4 hours or until cabbage and meat are fork-tender.
