| 1/2 lb. long grain rice pint French dressing | ||
| Curry powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 6 chives or spring onions | ||
| 1 red or green pepper | ||
| Oysters | 2 Can (10oz), smoked | |
Directions
Cook rice in usual way, drain well.
Combine French dressing and curry powder in small jar, shake well.
Arrange rice in serving dish, pour dressing over; fork dressing lightly through rice.
Cool. Chop celery, chives and pepper.
Add to rice with the drained smoked oysters, toss lightly.
