Smoked Oyster Salad Recipe

 1/2 lb. long grain rice pint French dressing
 Curry powder1 Teaspoon
 6 chives or spring onions
 1 red or green pepper
 Oysters2 Can (10oz), smoked

Directions

Cook rice in usual way, drain well.
Combine French dressing and curry powder in small jar, shake well.
Arrange rice in serving dish, pour dressing over; fork dressing lightly through rice.
Cool. Chop celery, chives and pepper.
Add to rice with the drained smoked oysters, toss lightly.
