Ingredients

 Oysters1 Can (10oz), finely chopped
 Cream cheese125 Gram
 Spring onion1
 Celery - 1 tablespoon, very finely chopped
 Worcestershire sauce1/4 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 To taste
 Salt1 To taste
 Paprika - pinch
 Mustard1/2 Teaspoon (Leveled)
 Milk - as required (about 1 tablespoonful)

Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together except milk.
2) Beat the mixture until thoroughly blended.
3) Stir in enough milk ( about a tablespoonful) for desired consistency of the dip.

SERVING
4) Use the Smoked Oyster Dip as required.
