Smoked Oyster Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Oysters | 1 Can (10oz), finely chopped | |
| Cream cheese | 125 Gram | |
| Spring onion | 1 | |
| Celery - 1 tablespoon, very finely chopped | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Paprika - pinch | ||
| Mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon (Leveled) | |
| Milk - as required (about 1 tablespoonful) | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together except milk.
2) Beat the mixture until thoroughly blended.
3) Stir in enough milk ( about a tablespoonful) for desired consistency of the dip.
SERVING
4) Use the Smoked Oyster Dip as required.
