Smoked Mackerel Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 2 Pound, canned | |
| 1 1/2 lb smoked mackerel fillets, skinned | ||
| Cream | 1/2 Pint, soured | |
| Mayonnaise | 4 Fluid Ounce | |
| Horseradish sauce | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |

| Celery | 1 Pound, trimmed | |
| Paprika Lemon wedges | ||
Directions
Boil the potatoes in their skins until tender, then peel, halve and cool. Divide the mackerel into fork-size pieces.
In a large bowl, mix the soured cream with the mayonnaise, horseradish and seasoning. Stir in the fish and vegetables. Cover and chill well. Serve the salad sprinkled with paprika and accompanied by lemon wedges.
