 2 large smoked mackerel, skinned and boned
 275 g. / 10 oz. butter, softened
 75 g. / 3 oz. cream cheese
 25 ml. / 1 fl. oz. lemon juice
 Watercress sprigs to garnish
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Mash the mackerel and butter together with a fork, then mix in the cheese and lemon juice.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Chill, then garnish with the watercress sprigs.
