Smoked Loin Of Pork And Kielbasa Recipe
Ingredients
2 lbs. boneless smoked pork loin
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 cup sauerkraut juice
1 cup dry red wine
1 Kielbasa, prepared in links in casings
Directions
Place smoked pork loin in a large saucepan.
Cover with water and bring to the boil; reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Drain.
Add remaining ingredients to saucepan.
Bring to the boil; reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove meats to a heated serving platter.
Cut the loin and kielbasa into very thin slices.
