Smoked Haddock Pate Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2lb. cooked smoked haddock | ||
| Butter | 4 Ounce | |
| 1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped onion or shallot | ||
| Ground pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 teaspoon curry powder chopped parsley | ||
Directions
Skin and bone fish.
Pound butter and fish together until well blended.
Add onion or shallot, pepper, lemon juice and curry powder, beat well.
Sprinkle with a little chopped parsley.
