Ingredients

 1/2lb. cooked smoked haddock
 Butter4 Ounce
 1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped onion or shallot
 Ground pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon
 1/4 teaspoon curry powder chopped parsley

Directions

Skin and bone fish.
Pound butter and fish together until well blended.
Add onion or shallot, pepper, lemon juice and curry powder, beat well.
Sprinkle with a little chopped parsley.
