Smoked Fish Omelette Recipe
Ingredients
1 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cups smoked fish, in pieces
6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper

Directions
In a frying pan, melt butter.
Lightly cook fish.
In a bowl, whip eggs.
Fold in milk, fish and parsley.
Season with salt and pepper, mixing well.

Cook omelette to desired taste.
