Smoked Fish Hot Pot Recipe
Ingredients
| Fish fillets | 3/4 Pound, smoked | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Tomatoes | 3/4 Pound, skinned | |
| 2-4 thin rashers bacon | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Ounce | |
Directions
Put the fish in a greased pie dish and cover with the tomatoes, sliced.
Sprinkle with pepper and dot with the butter.
Add the water and cover with the rashers of bacon.
