 Fish fillets3/4 Pound, smoked
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Water1 Tablespoon
 Tomatoes3/4 Pound, skinned
 2-4 thin rashers bacon
 Butter/Margarine1 Ounce

Directions

Put the fish in a greased pie dish and cover with the tomatoes, sliced.
Sprinkle with pepper and dot with the butter.
Add the water and cover with the rashers of bacon.
Bake until the fish is tender.
