Ingredients

 Whole chicken1 , smoked
 Olive oil1 Tablespoon
 Onion1 , diced
 Garlic1 Tablespoon, chopped
 1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
 Dried oregano1/2 Tablespoon
 Canned diced tomatoes2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Half and Half1 1/2 Quart
 Black beans6 Can (10oz)
 Water2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Chicken bouillon cubes5
 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped, plus 8 sprigs
 Liquid smoke1 Tablespoon
 Tabasco to taste
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1)Cut chicken into pieces of desired size.
2)In a large soup pot, heat oil and stir fry garlic, onion and bell pepper.
3)Now add in chicken and oregano. Continue to stir fry.
4)Add in tomato, half and half, water, beans with liquid, chicken buillon cubes, liquid smoke, cilantro and Tabasco.
4)Simmer over reduced heat for 35 to 45 minutes. Remember to stir continuously.
5)Season according to taste with salt and pepper.

SERVING
6)Decorate with cilantro sprigs and serve with tortilla chips.
