MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix the sugar, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme and brown sugar
2) Mix the rub really well
3) Using a knife, take off the silver skin and connective tissue off the pork tenderloin
4) Rub the oil all over the pork tenderloin generously
5) Then rub the marination all the pork and work it on really well
6) Warp thin slices of bacon around the pork tenderloin
7) Allow the pork to rest for about 30 minutes
8) Meanwhile heat up the grill
9) Place the tenderloins on the grill
10) Cover the grill for and cook for about 5 minutes and then flip over
11) Cook for a total time of 20 minutes and then flip every 5 minutes
12) Once the pork tenderloins are cooked take them off the grill and allow rest before slicing them
SERVING
13) Slice them up and serve them on a bed of greens
