Directions
Slice zucchini into bottom of slow cookery pot.
Trim fat from pork chops.
Rub hot frying pan with trimmed pork fat; discard fat.
Brown the pork chops on both sides in frying pan.
Season with pepper and garlic powder.
Drain off any excess fat.
Transfer pork chops to slow cooker.
Dissolve bouillon in water, pour over pork chops and zucchini.
Sprinkle with herbs.
Cook 1/2 hour on high, then turn to low and cook 6 to 8 hours.
Juice can be thickened with flour, to serve on rice.
