Slow-Cooker Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients
| Flour | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry mustard | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon each salt and garlic powder | ||
| 6 (1 inch thick) lean pork chops | ||
| Chicken broth | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a shallow dish; dredge the pork chops in the flour mixture and set aside.
Combine the remaining flour mixture and the chicken broth in a 3 1/2 quart slow cooker and stir.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Brown the pork chops on both sides in the hot oil; place in the slow cooker.
Cook on High for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until pork is tender.
