| Dry mustard | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |

| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Soup rice | 1 Can (10oz) | |
Directions
Coat the pork chops with a mixture of the flour, salt, mustard and garlic powder.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet.
Brown the chops in the hot oil, and place in a slow cooker.
Pour the soup over the chops.
Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
