2 pounds (1-inch) beef
 
cubes 1 envelope sloppy Joe mix
 
1 cup coarsely sliced celery
 
1 (15 ounce) can whole tomatoes
 
1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
 
1/2 cup water
 
2 tablespoons vinegar
 
1 green bell pepper, diced

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker; mix well.
Cook on High for 41/2 to 5 hours or on low for 8 to 10 hours.
Serve with noodles or rice.
