Slow Cooker Stew Recipe
Ingredients
| Boneless beef | 1 Pound, cubed | |
| Celery ribs - 4 to 6, sliced | ||
| Carrots - 6 to 8, sliced | ||
| Potatoes | 6 | |

| Tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Minute tapioca - 1/4 cup | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Dried basil | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), pressed | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, combine together all the ingredients.
2) Cover the cooker and cook over low heat for 8 to 10 hours.
SERVING
