Slow Cooker Minestrone Recipe

| Stewing meat - 1 1/2 pounds, cut into bite-sized pieces | ||

| Vegetables - 10-ounce Packing, Frozen mixed or your choice of frozen vegetables | ||
| Dried basil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Vermicelli | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Oregano | 1 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Parmesan cheese Grated | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In slow cooker stir all ingredients except cheese well and cook with cover on Low for 10-12 hours or on High 4-5 hours.
SERVING
2. To serve, using Parmesan cheese top individual servings.
