 Water3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Stewing meat - 1 1/2 pounds, cut into bite-sized pieces
 Onion1 Medium, diced
 Carrots4
 Tomatoes – 14 ½ -ounce Can
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 Vegetables - 10-ounce Packing, Frozen mixed or your choice of frozen vegetables
 Dried basil1 Tablespoon
 Vermicelli1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Oregano1 Teaspoon, dried
 Parmesan cheese Grated

Directions

MAKING
1. In slow cooker stir all ingredients except cheese well and cook with cover on Low for 10-12 hours or on High 4-5 hours.

SERVING
2. To serve, using Parmesan cheese top individual servings.
