 2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
 Sour cream1 Pint
 Cream of chicken soup10 3/4 Ounce
 Pepper1 Dash
 Velveeta cheese2 Cup (16 tbs), cubed
 Onions1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Salt3/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1) In a large bowl, combine together all the ingredients except for the potatoes.
2) Into the mixture, fold the potatoes and spoon the mixture into a slow cooker.
3) Cover the cooker and cook over high heat for 1 ½ hours and then over low heat for 2 ½ hours.

SERVING
4) Serve hot.
