Ingredients

 Pork tenderloin - 1 pound, cur into 1-inch chunks
 Chunky salsa16 Ounce
 Black beans - 3 15-ounce cans, washed and drained
 Chicken broth1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Medium red bell pepper - 1, chopped
 Medium onion - 1, chopped
 Ground cumin1 Teaspoon
 Chili powder - 2 to 3 teaspoons
 Dried oregano - 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons
 Sour cream1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, combine together all the ingredients except for the sour cream.
2) Cover the cooker and cook over low heat for 6 to 8 hours, or till the pork is tender.
3) Use sour cream to garnish individual servings.

SERVING
4) Serve hot.
