Slow Cooked Chowder Recipe
Ingredients
| 5 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules | ||
| Potatoes | 8 Medium, cubed | |
| Onions | 2 Medium, chopped | |
| Carrot | 1 Medium, thinly sliced | |
| 1 celery rib, thinly sliced | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), cubed | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Evaporated milk | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Minced parsley | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
In a 5-qt slow cooker, combine the nine ingredients.
Cover and cook on high for 1 hour.
Reduce heat to low; cover and cook for 5-6 hours or until vegetables are tender.
Stir in milk and parsley; heat through.
