Microwave Sloppy Joe Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Bottled barbecue sauce | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Packed brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Hamburger buns | 6 , warmed |
Directions
1. Crumble 1 lb. ground beef into 2-quart glass casserole. Stir in onion. Cover with glass lid.
2. Microwave for 5 to 6 minutes on HIGH; drain fat. (Don't break apart chunks until after draining fat—it's easier to drain if you don't.)
3. Stir in remaining ingredients for hamburger mixture; recover. Microwave for 5 to 6 minutes on REHEAT, or until hot. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
4. Spoon into warm, split hamburger buns. (You can warm them in your microwave).
