Sloe Gin Recipe
This is a kick ass Sloe Gin recipe which will knockout anyone who eats it. Excuse my French please. The Sloe Gin is made with almond which is easy to find at any grocery store. I prefer to make Sloe Gin as a Side Dish for all my family get-togethers. I would really appreciate a feedback on this recipe of Sloe Gin. Thank You.

Ingredients
1/2 kg. / 1 lb. sloes
1 1/4 L / 2 pints gin
125 g. / 4 oz. sugar
2-3 drops almond essence
Directions
Rick the sloes all over with a sharp needle.
Pour over the gin and stir in the sugar and almond essence.
Pour into a large airtight container, such as a corked storage jar, and fasten tightly.
Leave in a dark place for about 15 weeks to allow the mixture to infuse.
Shake the container occasionally.
Strain through a funnel lined with muslin or cheesecloth and pour into clean, dry bottles.
Seal the bottles and keep for at least 6 months before drinking.
