Ingredients

 Cooking sauce
 1 whole chicken breast (about 1 lb.), boned and skinned
 Soy sauce1 Tablespoon
 Cornstarch1 Teaspoon
 Salad oil3 Tablespoon
 Walnut halves1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 medium-size green pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch squares
 1/2 teaspoon finely minced fresh ginger or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

Prepare cooking sauce; set aside.
Cut chicken into thin strips; mix with soy and cornstarch and set aside.
Heat oil over medium-high heat in a wok or wide frying pan; add nuts and cook, stirring, until brown; remove with slotted spoon.
Add chicken to oil; cook, stirring, until opaque (about 16 minutes); lift out.
Add pepper and ginger; cook, stirring, until pepper is bright green.
Add chicken and cooking sauce; cook, stirring, until thick (about 1 minute); add nuts and serve.
