Slimming Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Lettuce- 1 large, preferably iceberg, cleaned | ||
| Radish- 4-6nos, sliced | ||
| Cucumber- 1 small, sliced don’t peel | ||
| Spring onions- 3-4nos, sliced | ||
| Green or Red pepper- 1 small, diced | ||
| Cream cheese | 2 Ounce | |
| Yoghurt- 3-4 tablespoons, beaten | ||
| Black pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Onion juice- 1 teaspoon | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Tear lettuce in small pieces and arrange it in a salad bowl.
MAKING
2) In other mixing bowl, mix radish, cucumber onions, pepper with the cream cheese.
3) Blend together onion juice, yoghurt and ground pepper. Add to the mixing bowl.
SERVING
4) Pile on the top of lettuce.
