Ingredients

 Lettuce- 1 large, preferably iceberg, cleaned
 Radish- 4-6nos, sliced
 Cucumber- 1 small, sliced don’t peel
 Spring onions- 3-4nos, sliced
 Green or Red pepper- 1 small, diced
 Cream cheese2 Ounce
 Yoghurt- 3-4 tablespoons, beaten
 Black pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Onion juice- 1 teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Tear lettuce in small pieces and arrange it in a salad bowl.

MAKING
2) In other mixing bowl, mix radish, cucumber onions, pepper with the cream cheese.
3) Blend together onion juice, yoghurt and ground pepper. Add to the mixing bowl.

SERVING
4) Pile on the top of lettuce.
