 1 6-ounce package frozen cooked shrimp
 4 frozen patty shells
 Skim milk1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 All purpose flour2 Tablespoon
 Egg yolks3 , beaten
 Dry white wine2 Tablespoon
 Salt1/8 Teaspoon
 Paprika

Directions

Thaw shrimp.
Drain; set aside.
Bake patty shells according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in a screw-top jar combine milk and flour.
Cover and shake to combine.
Pour into a 1-quart casserole.
Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power (HIGH) for 3 to 4 minutes or till thickened and bubbly, stirring every minute.
Stir about half of the hot mixture into the beaten egg yolks.
Return to remaining hot mixture in the casserole.
Micro-cook, uncovered, on 50% power (MEDIUM) for 1 1/2 minutes, stirring once.
Stir in shrimp, wine, and salt.
Micro-cook, uncovered, on 50% power (MEDIUM) about 5 minutes or till heated through, stirring 3 times.
Spoon the shrimp mixture into the baked patty shells.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Garnish with parsley, if desired.
