Slim Blender Cheesecake Recipe
Over the years I have mastered the art of making Slim Blender Cheesecake which I was taught by my family elders. The main ingredient in Slim Blender Cheesecake is always Cheese. This Slim Blender Cheesecake is a perfect Dessert. Add this Slim Blender Cheesecake recipe to your favorites and make it as often as you like.
Ingredients
1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup low fat plain yogurt
4 large eggs, beaten
3/4 cup dry milk powder
3/4 cup sugar
6 tablespoons all purpose flour
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups (24 ounces) low fat (1%) Cottage cheese
1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
Ground cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Butter 13 x 9 inch baking pan; dust bottom with cracker crumbs; set aside.
Place yogurt, eggs, milk powder, sugar, flour, lemon juice, vanilla and salt in food processor or blender; process until smooth.
Pour into large bowl.
Place Cottage cheese and pineapple in food processor or blender; cover and blend until smooth.
Add to yogurt mixture.
Stir until well blended.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes until set.
Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
Cool completely; refrigerate several hours or overnight.
