Ingredients
| Pork | 2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 12 mushrooms, soaked and cut into strips | ||
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Green peppers | 2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Soy sauce | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Bean sprouts | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water chestnuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 1 slice ginger, chopped fine | ||
| 1/2 cup mushroom water | ||
| 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with | ||
| Water | 4 Tablespoon (Thickening:) | |
Directions
Heat a pan with the oil and when it is hot saute the pork for 10 minutes.
Add the onions, stir once or twice, add the mushrooms, stir, and add the celery and green peppers and cook for about 10 seconds.
Add the soy sauce, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, ginger and the mushroom water.
Stir quickly and add the thickening.
When the gravy becomes thick and smooth, turn onto a hot shallow dish and serve immediately.
