 Pork2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Oil2 Tablespoon
 Onion1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 12 mushrooms, soaked and cut into strips
 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 Green peppers2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Soy sauce4 Tablespoon
 Bean sprouts1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water chestnuts1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 1 slice ginger, chopped fine
 1/2 cup mushroom water
 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with
 Water4 Tablespoon (Thickening:)

Directions

Heat a pan with the oil and when it is hot saute the pork for 10 minutes.
Add the onions, stir once or twice, add the mushrooms, stir, and add the celery and green peppers and cook for about 10 seconds.
Add the soy sauce, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, ginger and the mushroom water.
Stir quickly and add the thickening.
When the gravy becomes thick and smooth, turn onto a hot shallow dish and serve immediately.
