Sliced Beef Provencale Recipe
Ingredients
2 to 2 1/2 lbs. frozen sliced beef and gravy
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 t salt
1/2 t thyme
1 bay leaf
1 garlic clove,crushed
1/4 t freshly ground pepper
Directions
Heat beef and gravy according to package directions.
Ten minutes before completely heated through, remove from container (or heating pouches) and turn into a chafing dish.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Simmer 15 minutes.
