Slice and Bake Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

|Baking soda||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|All purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped salted peanuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|

Stir in flour and peanuts.
Divide dough into three equal parts.
Shape each part into roll 6 inches long.
(Shaping is made easier by using wax paper.) Wrap each roll in plastic wrap, then in foil or plastic bag.
Label and freeze no longer than 3 months.
To serve, unwrap roll and cut into 1/4-in slices.
Place six to eight slices in large ring on wax paper-lined baking sheet.
Place one or two in center.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) 1 to 4 minutes, or just until dry on surface, rotating 1/4 turn after 1 minute, then every 30 seconds.
Cool cookies on wax paper on counter.
Repeat, as desired.
