Slender Rice Recipe
Ingredients
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), finley minced | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley minced | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup quick or instant rice | ||
| 1/2 tsp. salt or butter- flavored salt | ||
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Chop celery and onion as fine as grains of rice.
MAKING
2) In a saucepan mix all ingredients and simmer covered for 2 minutes.
3) Take off pan from heat and keep aside for 5 minutes till serving.
SERVING
4) Serve hot.
