Ingredients

 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), finley minced
 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley minced
 Water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 cup quick or instant rice
 1/2 tsp. salt or butter- flavored salt
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Chop celery and onion as fine as grains of rice.

MAKING
2) In a saucepan mix all ingredients and simmer covered for 2 minutes.
3) Take off pan from heat and keep aside for 5 minutes till serving.

SERVING
4) Serve hot.
